How fast do guests get their headshot?
Within seconds of choosing a favorite. It arrives by text or email, already retouched.
How many people can you photograph in a day?
It depends on hours and stations. Each session takes a couple of minutes, and we add stations for large shows. Tell us your attendance and we'll size it.
What space and power do you need?
A small area near steady foot traffic and a standard power outlet. We bring everything else. We'll send exact specs for your venue request.
Do you need the venue's internet?
Delivery needs a connection. We can use venue Wi-Fi or bring our own, and we'll confirm which before the show.
Can a sponsor brand the lounge?
Yes. Sponsor logos go on the signage, the delivery page and the gallery. See sponsorships.
Can we collect leads?
Yes. Guests can opt in to hear from you or your sponsor when they receive their photo. You get a clean export after the event.
How do you handle consent and privacy?
Guests agree before any photo is taken, galleries are private, and we follow your retention rules. Details are on our privacy and attendee data page.
Can you work a multi-day show?
Yes. We staff every show day and can add stations for the busiest hours.
Do you work in union venues?
Yes. We plan setup and teardown within each venue's exhibitor rules and the show schedule.
Can we cap the number of guests?
Yes. You can limit sessions, for example to VIPs or the first set number of attendees, or open it to everyone.
Is this an AI headshot booth?
No. A professional photographer takes every photo in person, with studio lighting and posing guidance. AI-assisted retouching polishes each photo in seconds. We never generate headshots from selfies or virtual avatars.
