Information we collect
On this website: information you submit in our quote form (handled by our booking system, Pixifi) and basic analytics about how the site is used (Google Analytics). At sessions: your photos and the email address or phone number used to deliver them, plus any details you choose to share if you opt in to hear from an organizer or sponsor.
How we use it
To respond to quote requests, deliver photos, provide galleries to the organizer or company that booked us, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
With the organizer or company that booked the session, with a sponsor only if you opt in, and with service providers who help us deliver photos and run our business, under appropriate confidentiality.
Retention and deletion
Photos are kept for the period agreed with the organizer or company, then deleted. To request deletion or a copy of your information, email hello@companyheadshots.co.
