Questions
Budget questions.
What does a conference headshot booth cost?
Published rates we reviewed in October 2026 ranged from about $1,200 for a three-hour booth to about $6,000 per show day for a fully staffed lounge with lead capture. Hours, stations, travel and branding move the price most.
Who usually pays for it?
Often a sponsor, in exchange for naming, branding and opted-in leads. Exhibitors also book their own for booth traffic.
Is it cheaper per person than a studio?
Usually, at volume. A day of sessions spreads one day rate across many people.
